As a Sr. Change Management Analyst, you will play a key role in leading and executing change initiatives within a manufacturing and supply chain environment. Youβll champion continuous improvement, engage with stakeholders at all levels, and help drive operational excellence across multiple plant locations.
What Youβll Do
πΉ Lead Change Project Success β Plan, execute, and monitor critical change projects, ensuring seamless implementation and lasting impact.
πΉ Champion Innovation & Process Improvement β Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and drive innovative change management strategies.
πΉ Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration β Partner with departments to align efforts, streamline operations, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
πΉ Develop & Deliver Effective Communication Strategies β Ensure stakeholders are engaged and informed throughout the change process, addressing concerns and promoting transparency.
πΉ Build Strong Stakeholder Relationships β Cultivate meaningful connections, proactively manage resistance to change, and implement strategies to gain buy-in.
πΉ Engage Directly on the Manufacturing Floor β Work closely with teams on-site, building trust and understanding real-world challenges firsthand.
πΉ Measure & Analyze Change Outcomes β Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to refine change strategies and drive results.
πΉ Support Employees Through Transitions β Act as a trusted resource, providing guidance and ensuring employees navigate changes confidently.
πΉ Maintain Comprehensive Change Management Records β Document all activities, outcomes, and insights for continuous learning and future success.
What Weβre Looking For
β
Bachelorβs degree.
β
5+ years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
β
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
β
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate and build rapport across all levels.
β
Ability to travel up to 75% (Monday β Thursday) to various U.S. plant locations.
