About the Role

Key Responsibilities
✔ Perform installation, configuration, and integration of avionics systems, with a focus on Garmin products.
✔ Execute advanced wiring tasks, including harness assembly and system connections.
✔ Troubleshoot and resolve complex avionics system issues to ensure optimal functionality.
✔ Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
✔ Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
✔ Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain high service standards.

Qualifications & Requirements
✅ Must-Have:
● 5+ years of experience in Garmin avionics, installation, wiring, and troubleshooting.
● Strong technical skills with the ability to work independently.
● High attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

✅ Preferred:
● Airframe license (not required but a plus).
