Job Description:
Recruit Reliance is seeking a CNO Analyst/Programmer to support critical cybersecurity operations in Laurel, MD. This role requires expertise in programming, system analysis, and network security to support mission-critical projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing and maintaining applications in both Windows and UNIX environments.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain software solutions for cybersecurity and network defense operations.
Develop applications in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python.
Utilize Visual Studio, .NET, or UNIX build environments to create Windows and UNIX applications.
Conduct vulnerability analysis and implement security enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address cybersecurity challenges.
Analyze network protocols, system vulnerabilities, and potential cyber threats.

Required Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph (mandatory).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Network Engineering. Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

Experience: Minimum one (1) year of experience in: Programming in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python.
Developing Windows applications using Visual Studio or .NET environments and/or UNIX applications using make files or similar build environments.

Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with low-level programming and reverse engineering.
Experience with cybersecurity operations and network security.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
