About the Role:
Recruit Reliance is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our client’s Corporate Transactions Practice Area in Los Angeles. This role focuses on Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity, requiring strong transactional experience, analytical skills, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Transactions & M&A
Handle M&A and Private Equity transactions from inception to closing.
Draft, review, and negotiate transactional agreements and corporate documents.
Provide strategic counsel on deal structures, regulatory considerations, and risk management.
Client Advisory & Collaboration
Work closely with clients, investment teams, and cross-functional legal teams to execute deals.
Conduct due diligence, financial analysis, and risk assessments.
Stay up-to-date on market trends, legal developments, and best practices in corporate law.
Regulatory & Compliance
Ensure compliance with SEC, corporate governance, and regulatory requirements.
Support internal and external audits, reporting, and legal filings.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Certifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a top-tier law school.
Active admission to the California Bar (Required).
Experience & Skills

3–5 years of experience in Corporate M&A and Private Equity transactions.
Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex transactions in a fast-paced environment.
