Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team to exceed revenue targets.
Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to drive business growth and market expansion.
Manage and optimize the sales pipeline, focusing on high-value industry verticals.
Engage prospects and clients with a consultative sales approach to maximize conversions.
Align sales strategies with overall business objectives in collaboration with senior leadership.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key enterprise clients.
Continuously refine sales processes and methodologies for efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications & Requirements
15+ years of sales experience with a strong track record of revenue growth.
5+ years of experience in fintech, with expertise in payments, banking, SaaS, lending, or financial technology.
5+ years of experience leading and scaling sales teams in a high-growth company.
Strong background in embedded lending, digital payments, or fintech solutions.
Proven ability to drive and execute complex sales strategies at an enterprise level.
Expertise in solution selling to merchants with a financial or digital product focus.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Analytical and data-driven mindset with a results-oriented approach.
