We are seeking a Director of Business Intelligence (BI) & Business Transformation (BT) to spearhead our data initiatives, optimize business processes, and drive operational efficiencies across multiple business units.

About the Role
As the Director of BI & BT, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable business intelligence solutions, streamline operations, and enhance performance across agriculture operations, real estate development, and financial management. You’ll work cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and IT teams to integrate cutting-edge BI tools and ERP systems, ensuring data transparency and efficiency at every level.

Key Responsibilities
✔️ Develop and implement scalable BI tools and frameworks (Power BI, QuickBase, etc.) to support data-driven decision-making.
✔️ Lead business transformation initiatives to improve workflows, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
✔️ Oversee data architecture and warehousing solutions, ensuring easy access to accurate and timely insights.
✔️ Align BI initiatives with strategic business needs, working closely with Finance, Operations, and IT teams.
✔️ Implement data governance frameworks to maintain accuracy, consistency, and security.
✔️ Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of BI analysts, data engineers, and transformation specialists.
✔️ Drive the integration of BI solutions with ERP systems (D365) to improve reporting and financial transparency.

What We’re Looking For
🔹 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. MBA/Master’s preferred.
🔹 Experience: 10-15+ years in BI, Data Analytics, or Business Transformation, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
🔹 Industry Background: Experience in agriculture, manufacturing, or related sectors preferred.
🔹 Technical Expertise: Proficiency in BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau), ERP systems, low-code platforms, and data warehousing tools.
🔹 Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation initiatives and build high-performing teams.
