💰 Salary: Starting $150,000+
🛡 Clearance: TS/SCI/FSP Security Clearance Required
🕒 Schedule: Mission-essential role with rotating 12-hour shifts (Day/Night as required)

🔹 About the Role
Recruit Reliance is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to provide mission-critical support, continuous monitoring, and troubleshooting to key systems for our client. This role requires expertise in system architecture, design, and integration to ensure seamless operations and technical integrity.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
✅ System Monitoring & Troubleshooting – Provide continuous oversight, perform break/fixes, and create tickets in Jira for issue tracking.
✅ Technical Documentation – Maintain knowledge bases in Confluence, document resolutions, and ensure smooth knowledge transfer.
✅ Requirements Analysis – Develop system requirement specifications based on user needs and high-level architectures.
✅ System Design & Integration – Lead development activities, provide technical leadership, and oversee integration of requirements and technologies.
✅ Government & Stakeholder Communication – Engage with government personnel, senior executives, and program teams to ensure mission success.
✅ Process Optimization – Guide users in formulating requirements, advise on alternative approaches, and conduct feasibility studies.

🔹 Qualifications & Requirements
🎓 Education & Experience:
✔ 14+ years of experience in Systems Engineering for programs of similar scope and complexity
✔ Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related field (5 additional years of experience may substitute for degree)
✔ Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and technical documentation skills
